U.K. mums PGP or SPD

Since 16 weeks I've been suffering with serve pelvic pain. I told my midwife at 26 weeks and was referred for physio however I've had no letter and I'm now 30 weeks. I had a midwife appointment this morning and apparently there is no record of this referral?! Im now having  to wait again to be referred but I'm in so much pain I can't cope!! I'm afraid that baby will be here before I actually get my appointment 😩 does anyone have any advice on how to cope or how to get an appointment quicker? Thanks x
