making the 3rd trimester comfortable
Does anyone have any tips on making the 3rd trimester as comfortable as possible? I've been having lower back pain, sciatica, tired feet if I'm on them too long & occasional pelvic/inside of my upper thigh pressure if I'm on my feet too long. I use a heating pad at night for my back and sometimes will take a epsom salt bath soak. If you have any other ideas shoot them my way. Thanks 😊
