forgot to take pill... bled after sex

I forgot to take my pill for 4 days and now I'm bleeding a little bit.... like everyone I got worried and googled it and it said either rough sex or potentially could be chlamydia please can someone help?  I had sex Saturday the top of my clit was bleeding all day Sunday and now Monday the actual hole is bleeding? Has anyone ever experienced this
