14DPO or later.. If you have a bunch of tests you can start testing at 8DPO and up!

Implantation commonly occurs between 6-10 DPO. I personally wouldn't want to test before 12dpo because it can still be too early for a BFP. You won't know you had implantation bleeding until you actually get an positive--you can spot for reasons other than IB.
