Period Talk

I have been on my period sense new years night and it is january 17th now. I feel lile its still here because of stress i just recently lost my home , my job and my new boyfriend , im 20 yrs old with a A 2year old. Any advice ? Has someone been thru this before ? I made a obgyn appt for friday jan.20th. help lol .. also i have the implant birth control in my arm . Could that be why ? I know you lady's are not doctors . I just would like to know if im the only one who has gone​ through this. N if not i would love some advice. 😊
