SEVERE CRAMPS 😭

Okay so my period started Jan. 12th and since then I have had the WORST cramps ever. I'm normally and heavy bleeder and do experience really bad cramps on my period- but these are next level. They're honestly almost like contractions to where I can't move and just have to buckle down and wait for it to end. My vagina literally feels like it's going to fall off. I've been using ibuprofen, tea, heating pads, and lavender + epsom salt baths. They work for a few hrs but then eventually I'm right back to dying in pain. Does anyone have any advice on how to get through this 😭?
