Failure to put on weight

Any moms out there struggling with weight failure? My son 12 weeks old and weight only 9 pounds. Hes already on hight nutritional milk but nothing seems to work 😣😭 hes having kidney disease but mostly we are working on his weight wich wont get up 😢 im so worried. Please tell me im not only one 😢
