what do you think?

Hey everyone! Ok so I'm 9 months post partum. I have the paragard iud. For the past month I have had pregnancy symptoms: sore boobs, fatigue, dizziness, increased heartburn, you name it. My period recently got back on track and typically comes the 24th of every month and lasts a week. Anyways yesterday I thought I started my period because I noticed I was bleeding a little bit when I went to the bathroom. I thought "ok my period came early this month" but nothing since. I haven't bled at all. My friend keeps telling me to take a pregnancy test but I mean what are the chances of my getting pregnant on paragard? Idk what to do and if something is wrong. Help please!
