who has experienced bleeding during the first weeks of pregnancy????!

I have been experiencing some bleeding and I'm about 4-6 weeks pregnant.. I ran to the ER last night cause I felt a gush of blood while I was sitting down ... It wasn't heavy but was bright red in color . I've had a pad on but it's been clean haven't soaked it or anything. This morning when I had to pee i experienced bleeding again but in my urine and then again like an hour ago also in my urine. No cramps!!! So while in the er they did blood work test and my HCG levels where at 44. Which they said they were low. So I need more blood work done tomorrow and an appointment on Friday to check my HCG levels so supposibly if they go up it is a normal pregnancy.... I am very worried 😩 and scared 😳 has anyone experienced something similar to this ????
