Omg I'm so stressed Opinions please!

So I've been sick for almost 3 months now, and for the past month I've been on antibiotics and steriods, plus my birth control, me and my fiance had unprotected sex during the month. We used the pull out method, but I'm three days late according to my birth control, I've only been on this particular birth control for 2 months and I'm sooooooo hoping I'm not pregnant and it's just the antibiotics messing with my period. Can someone help?
