vvvvfl?

Ok so, me and bf had sex, I started too get sore boobs nipples were sensitive and I had discharge, at 10dpo I started bleeding, light pink then tint of brown now pink again. Took a test yesterday (10dpo) it came back negative went doctors to get a blood test, rang today and they said I might of had a miscarriage due to bleeding. However I took a clear blue test earlier and this came up. I swear I can see a line my friend who never ever sees second lines can see it. But if I had a miscarriage surely the test would come up positive yesterday, or today's would've come up negative? What does this mean can someone else see the line or is it just me??
