Ovulation help!!!?

My first month tracking bbt but I've read A LOT on it and I think I'm fairly knowledgeable about it. I also didn't realize until today that I only had one opk left so I chose to use it today. Here's a pic of my chart with temps and CM, and cervical position tracking as best as I could this cycle. Here's also a pic of the opk I used this morning around 10am, which was 2nd or 3rd urine of the day. This morning I still had egg white CM, but with more white in it, and then like 6-7 hours later, it's light amount of straight creamy lotion. I normally ovulate right on CD 13, so ovulating today wouldn't seem that far fetched. Just so confused with two different types of CM in the same day...? Did I ovulate within those 7 hours of CM changing??
