OVULATION PREDICTION🤔🤔 NEED HELP PLZ🙏🏾

Really need help u guys. So I think I ovulated on Saturday. I was cramping on my left side. I had sex on Tuesday that past. Due to first response my most fertile days are the 14-18. I had sex twice today. I've been basically cramping off and on mainly around this time 8pm and back back pains. Sometimes I'll cramp in the morning but only when I'm laying down. I'll try to change positions but it's still the same irritated feeling. I am 4dpo what does this mean. I've never I mean ever cramped two weeks before my period. Af is due 30. So what is this?
