Help!

A little background before I get to the whole story. I'm 23 (almost 24) year old woman. I work for my parents who have been business owners for 38 years, and my Dad is also my pastor, so naturally my parents are pretty strict when it comes to me. I have a curfew of 10pm, I'm never allowed to stay the night with my friends unless it's one of the girls from church and usually my sister stays with her too, and anytime I'm out after work/before curfew; Mom calls me every 30-45 minutes, and boys?! Don't even go there with them... they will create some kind of drama everytime. I feel trapped. I have been trying to move out for 3 years but every job I can get my Dad sooner or later becomes affiliated with, so he can control my hours or my pay... which is why I can't move out. My pay keeps changing, Sometimes it's $200 a week sometimes I don't get paid at all. And I work at least 40 hours a week. I just can't see a way out of this, I am not the type to ask for help from anyone. I need advice... what would you do in this situation. I need to leave but I don't want them to hate me. I'm tired of them controlling my whole life.
