Temping.. please respond. :)
So my sleeping patterns are not consistent..this month it hasn't really affected them.
Here's the deal.. I'm not sure which temp I should use. I almost always temp at 8ish. This morning i woke at 6 to give DS a bottle and went right back to bed. Before I got up I temped not realizing it was so early and got 97.19 which was disappointing. Then when I woke at 8 I temped again and got 98.11 or something. I replaced the 6am temp with the 8am thinking that must be right because I always temp at 8 not 6. (Mind you I always wake up frequently and often at 4-6am, and go right back to sleep. My whole cycle.)
But now I feel like I manipulated myself and the temp drop is legit.
