reflux... should I call the doctor?

I can't decide if my daughter has bad gas or reflux... 99% of the time she is a happy baby, but at night she frequently grunts, strains, brings her knees up to her chest and it keeps her awake. I had chalked it up to gas but when I was looking for ways to relive has it has me wondering if it's reflux. She spits up frequently, and burps even more frequently. Gets the hiccups once or twice a day and sometimes her coos sound a little hoarse... does it seem like bad gas or should I call the doctor about reflux? I just hate seeing my little one so uncomfortable.
