really need people to help

Ok so....I am4 weeks and 2 days pregnant, my hcg level is at 116.....is this good???? I really need someone who knows about this stuff to help me, I'm so unbelievably scared bc last month I had a miscarriage, I feel like I'm not getting the support I come to this site for, I felt that people would be more involved in helping each other out, mostly bc were all here for the same reason, nothing is worse then feeling alone and scared so please any one who can help me please do!! ❤
