Trying to Conceive

My fiancé and I are ttc again my last depo shot was in June of 2016 I'm just now having a period on January 10th it lasted until January 16 . We lost a pregnancy 2 years ago so I'm kind of scared a little bit of it happening again. Is there anything we can do to increase our chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy? Glow predicted my ovulation day starting tomorrow. Thanks
