Taking away bottles at night
So, my daughter is ten months old. Every night, she lays down and has a bottle to help her go to sleep. It's been like this since she could hold a bottle. I lay her down whenever she starts acting sleepy, give her a bottle, and leave the room so she can put herself to sleep.
However, I feel like I've made a bad habit of using the bottle to go to sleep. And her doctor said to wean her off of formula at around a year old. I don't want to take her off just yet but I do want to break this habit so taking the bottle away later will be easier.
