How to survive you baby's first growth spurt!

How long do growth spurt last and how t get through it? My three week old son is eating nonstop today like every hour. One hour he will eat 2 oz an hour later he will eat 1 oz then an hour later he will eat 3 oz he will scream until I feed him. I will do everything else before I would feed him again to see if it would be something else but 9/10 it was because he wanted to eat. I am surprised he has not thrown up from eating this much but his belly is so full it is hard yet he eats. try the binki well that lasts ehhh about 3 minutes. Picture because I like to show him off ❤
