Help please!!! Cervix gone crazy...

I've started tracking my cycle (cervix, CM and bbt), and I know what to feel for with the cervix BUT today when I checked it this morning it was high firm and closed (11 days PO - it's been like this following ovulation) then I checked again at lunch time and it was really low but still firm, and I've just checked again now and it's high again. Is this normal? I'm about 9 days off AF.
