Breast lump

Hi mommas!

I wanted to ask you something reaaaaaly big.. My 9 month old son loves propping his hands over my right breast..and stepping over it.. Sometimes suddenly dropping his head over it. Just yesterday, I felt some pain in the upper left part of my right breats. I've been examining it (tenderly touching it and squeezing it a bit) and I felt a small..bit hard lump in it.. I compared it to my left breast and I felt the aame lump..only it wasn't as painful to touch and hard..

Have any of you ladies experienced it? I wanna think its just mastitis..before I go to my doctor.. I just want some 2nd opinion before I start panicking.. 😞
