Career advice for a new single mom?

Please. I need a fast-track plan to afford my own place and not struggle. My ex fiancé dumped me with zero money in savings and a $360 car payment on top of what I pay in daycare. I do not qualify for state assistance as I make $12 an hour with one child. I'm in Tennessee. I need about $500 more a month just to make it...
I've worked for a foundation repair office in both accounts receivable and sales for almost 3 years now so I can take my experience elsewhere. Granted I need day time hours since I have a 3 year old and little help. 
I have about 24 credit hours that were going towards nursing school until I realized I couldn't quit my job for 2 years during it so I quit. Please!!! Advice needed!!!!

If you don't mind saying, where in Tennessee do you live? I actually found a daycare in Clarksville (that was affordable, nice & had everything I looked for in childcare) that was open from 5am-midnight. I know this doesn't answer most of your questions, but I thought I'd mention it, since I'd never heard of such a thing & they don't have them at all in Alabama.

It's sad, but you basically have to have NO job to receive any assistance, at least where I lived in Tennessee. When I moved there with my son & his dad, I immediately applied for food stamps & Medicaid b/c I was looking for a job & his dad refused to help at all (even though I left my family, everyone I know & job for him to have a better job opportunity). The second I found a job, even just as a waitress, I lost all of my assistance. I had to let them know within 10 days of being hired & I was only making $7.25/hour at the time for training!

I wish I could be more helpful! I do understand being a single mom & how hard it can be! Aside from the year we lived with my son's dad, I've been a single mom... from pregnancy until now. My son is 4 years old now. Best of luck to you!
