How do you know how many DPO are you?

Do you count from the day where the App says you are 33% fertile Or do you count from the first "green day" On the calender?

DPO = days past ovulation. You have to know roughly when you ovulate. If you're using the app, it's likely not accurate if you haven't logged to help make it more accurate. If you're using ovulation tests, a positive test means you'll ovulate, roughly, 12-36 hours later. So, if you get a positive on 1/20, you can count 1/21 or 1/22 as 1 DPO. It just depends on how you feel. I just use a range (e.g., 1-2 DPO) because I don't know the exactly of my ovulation.

You count from your peak day. You wouldn't count from your first green day because it just means you are leading up to your most fertile day. It's more or less your estimated window of opportunity.
