I'm confused .....

Hello ladies , I need a bit of advise and some input . I went in for a early scan at 13 weeks the baby's legs were crossed but we got all angles and she guessed it was a girl . Well I went in for my NT scan 3 days later the baby again legs crossed I jokingly told my doctor that my girl was stubborn and she looked at me and said honey I don't think it's a girl . It has something in between her legs and it's hard for me to confirm it since at that stage all babies look the same well ... now here I am at 14 weeks and 5 days I went in for another scan that I got as a gift and it expires tomorrow so I just went in . The tech gave me a 92% chance it's a boy it didn't have a nub it was just like a penis hahaha wasn't as clear but it definitely had something in between that clearly wasn't there before . What do you think ? When is the gender noticeable
