Oh you're married? When's the baby coming?

Married for almost two years and almost every day someone asks when we are having babies or makes comments about babies. My husband and I decided to wait until I'm done school and we tell people that..but they just don't believe us or don't listen. I want more than anything to have a family but it's starting to hurt and annoy me the constant feeling of letting people down...when really it's not up to them. Anyone else going through this?

Yes except we have been TTC and it hasn't happened and people always are asking when are we going to have a baby ...And our family keep telling us we need to have a baby.  It's nerve wrecking when you can't.

Omg we go through this every time my husband and I go over his family's house. We've been married for two years and they always ask us what are we waiting for 😒everyone in his family had their first child within the first year of being together and so they think we have to do exactly the same. It's really annoying.

This is the most irritating shit in the world, and so rude. I got engaged and SO MANY people asked if i was pregnant.. like excuse me? No sorry 1. I hate kids and 2. Im pretty sure the underlying reason for getting engaged is because you love the person and want to get married, how fucking old fashioned are you?? 🙄🙄🖕🏻 so yes im soooo thrilled to deal with the "okay when are you having a baby" assumptions after we get married.

I went through this and we had suffered a mc at 8 weeks. Unfortunately it's a natural question people ask as soon as you get married but maybe we need to change that in society. Not everyone can have or wants children and this question can be really hurtful.

I had my son 4 yrs ago yesterday,  I promise when I was still in the hospital with stitches in my vag, people were asking when I was going to have another. People are stupid relentless sometimes
