FEELING FUCKING HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I left my baby next to his dad on our bed so I can go to the bathroom really quick and didn't think to put a pillow on the edge of the bed or anything and when I got back I saw my 4 month old hit his right side of head and drop to the floor I rushed over quickly he was crying and I calmed him down I kept him up for an hour because he hit his head I feel horrible!! I can't stop feeling so guilty!!! Worst feeling in the world I keep beating myself up! I will never forgive myself for this! He seems fine no bump on his head or anything do you recommend to make a doctors appointment to check up on him?
