Spotting

I went off the pill 3 months ago. Ever since then I have spotted for a good 2 weeks after my period. I have never had that issue before when I was ttc 4 years ago. I know bodies change but I'm about ready to go back on the pill because I'm sick of spotting every month but boyfriend doesn't want me to. I want a baby just as much as he does and I'm trying my hardest to just put up with the spotting. Anyone else have this issue?
