I didn't have a problem getting pregnant with my first baby but...

I am now trying to have my second baby but I am concerned. Last November I did a test to check on the quality and quantity of my eggs because I wanted to donate some eggs to my sister that has been trying to have a child for a long time. The results were very chocking, apparently for my age I have a very low count and last month I tried to get pregnant and I didn't. Should I worry? For how long should I keep trying without freaking out? Any recommendations? Thanks
