Stray cat.

So I have a stray car in my apartments & as an animal lover I fed it 😬 away from my apartment left the food in the parking lot where I usually see it hang out , I did this maybe a month ago. Anyways it found me & it stays on my balcony every night& I need to get rid of it. 3 days ago it attacked my son while walking down the stairs & now he's on antibiotics 😬 with a baby on the way (2 weeks till my due date) I need it gone well away from here but apperantly the neighbors leave food by there door aka by my door too. It jumps out every morning & I'm not sure what to do like if I call a center do they pick them up? Where do they go ? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated & btw I haven't fed it since last month but neighbors led it to come over here ugh. 😐
