2 month old teething! 😨😨

It's official, my 2 month old is teething. I can see the bumps where he has a couple teeth that will come up. What can I do to help soothe his gums? I was thinking about freezing breastmilk and letting him suck on that. Would that be okay for his age? The teething toys I have are too big for his mouth and he doesn't quite get the idea of it lol he likes chewing on a frozen wash cloth but it melts too fast. Any suggestions?
