Favorite Healthy Smoothie Recipes!
Trying to eat better and fit in more "superfoods" I'm finding that smoothies are a good way to do this. I've even started adding greens (kale, chard, and spinach blend) to my smoothies which I nevvver thought I'd do (honestly I can't even taste them). I also add some coconut oil and a whole food fiber supplement powder. Looking for ideas for some other things to add or new recipes 💡
