weirdest dream ever ?

I saw in my dream that I went to bathroom and I miscarried , there was a tiny baby a little bigger than I dime.  I go to the bathroom and I find on my underwear. 
But I'm not pregnant and I'm not ttc. This is so weird. I've seen it twice the last couple of months.

Omg I've had this dreams to , also not ttc , and then I see that I carry strong withe me the tiny baby in the tiny womb ... I've seen it more than once 😳

This happened to me, I have actually had a pretty awful miscarriage but this was way later and I wasn't pregnant or ttc. 
I had a dream that I was like 20 weeks and I miscarried my baby in the bathtub and it came out attempting to breath and died in my hands. I have no idea what this is about. But I looked up dream meanings and it apparently means that a big change is coming.
