Cancer

I just need to talk.....I have a lump under my right arm kinda low in the arm pit area. After doing an ultrasound and x-rays the Dr. Says it's a solid mass and more then likely cancer. I have to go for more imaging and a consult with the surgeon on Wednesday. I'm so overwhelmed. I have horrible pain at the lumps site and into my back and chest along with other symptoms. I don't know if it's considered breast or lymph I have a 14yr old a 12 yr old and a 10 month old and we're trying for another baby....but now I may have cancer....my fiancé is an over the road trucker and he is just blowing it off like it's nothing while I'm in shock and feel like I can't discuss it with him......cancer....I'm only 36 almost 37...I have to fight I need to win. But I need some support.
