Daycare

I've got my 5 month old baby at Daycare. I was liking a lot there. The people seemed nice and the teachers as well. One day I go pick up my son and as go in one of the ladies aid out loud "I don't know how omg I'm gonna keep doing this, all they do is cry all the time" my question is, should I worry? Should I say something or maybe change him to another Daycare? I know they deal with babies all day long but working at a daycare means you'll have to hear them and take care of them. I might just be paranoid... help please 😔
