baby dandruff/cradle cap?

How do you ladies get rid of baby dandruff???
My boy has a lot of hair and baby dandruff.
When I try to comb it out it seems to come out more 😩😩😩 any tips?

I put baby oil on his hair during his bath then use a soft brush and brush in circles then rinse with his baby shampoo.  I have done this twice and it has mostly cleared up.

Still breastfeeding- breastmilk is a miracle for cradle cap... milk baths are great over all... and even just washing babies with a bit of breastmilk is fantastic!

My baby has tons of hair & is 5 months old. His head was grossing me out! My doctor told me to comb in Vaseline/anything greasy peace it for a little while then wash it out. I did & it comes off & is really gross for like 2-3 days but now it's so much better. She also said you could use a small amount of dandruff shampoo. Good luck.

My lo had it bad!!! The doc said selsun blue, only once..Maybe twice. We used it one time and it  never came back . . Now, we don't wash his hair..water only. Never looks greasy and doesnt smell.
