thoughts? having same birthday as your baby...
Sorry, kinda long silly post....So, my original due date was March 5th (my birthday too) then moved to March 3rd after my 20weeks ultrasound.
Since I have gestational diabetes my OB thinks it's a good idea to induce on or around my due date. Right now we'll be starting induction on either the 3rd or 4th.
Here's my question.... what are your thoughts on having your baby on or around your birthday?
My husband expressed to me that he really really would rather our baby girl have her own birthday and not the same as mine!! I was shocked 😳 I don't make a fuss out of my birthday and would rather the attention be on her anyway.
I told him that she'll most likley be born on or very close to my birthday depending on how induction goes. He still seems to be affected by this way more than I expected. (He's pretty excited and into his own birthday, so I get why he wants her to have her own special day too)
Maybe if you can share some positives about it I can tell my husband to put him at ease.
