Weight Gain
So when I found out I was pregnant I was put on restriction from the weight training I was doing due to bleeding. I was at the best shape of my life. My height and weight were still considered overweight but I was comfortable with myself, I was confident and I was able to do things I was never able to do. The most I'm able to lift is 15 pounds by doctors orders and my muscle is completely gone and I've gained 33 pounds. I feel so gross and I look back at old pictures and want my body back. What are some exercises that I can do after baby is born that will fit baby's eating cycle and that I can do at home?
