If you saw this and had some slight cramping would you think your water broke? (32 & 4) also my obgyn and midwife always act to busy to be bothered so that's why I'm asking if it looks like water leak or something else before calling them.

This looks normal to me in pregnant. I know this is TMI but with all 3 of my pregnancies I've had to wear panty liners throughout because of this increase of cm. But if you're worried than always better to get checked out.

I went to the hospital for potential "preterm labor" 3 times for things like this. I eventually realized that if my water had broken, it would be a constant leak (continually recurring) or would be a lot of fluid. Also, when labor starts it is common to pee yourself. So need to really see continual leakage for water breaking.

But hey, I got checked for peace of mind, so not telling you to not.

Change your undies empty your bladder if your undies are still wet after a little bit i would go get checked cause if it is your fluid leaking it will continue.

I would go hey checked.  When my water broke I had two big gushes, and then like 20 Minutes later mild back pain started that gradually got worse.  When I got to L&D my fiancé and I were joking with each other that I was really just peeing myself only started joking because I had another gush.  If your having cramping I'd go in.  Only one way you could know

I had that one morning with my first and went in and I had started leaving so I was admitted and delivered :)
