Any of you mommies...?

Have any of you mommies found anything that will ease a horrible gag reflex? I havent had much sickness but I gag at the drop of a hat... Literally, I can simply hear my husband brushing his teeth and gag.. Such a strong gag that I can feel my stomach move when it happens and it's driving me crazy!! If you have any advice, help please!
