what color is your secretions with progesterone suppositories?

I started taking vaginal progesterone less than a week ago. Secretions started yellowish which I thought was normal because of the yellow color of the vaginal caps. But then it started to get tan in color then finally dark brown. I'm worried I might be bleeding inside my uterus and that's giving the secretions the dark brown color. I don't have spotting. Just cramps. Any advice will be appreciated. This is my third time after two m/c.
