milk coming in in last trimester

My milk began coming in about a month ago and since then it's been an itchy, painful and burning experience!! This is baby#2 and milk hardly came in for my first (we had complications pregnancy to birth) so I have no idea how to just deal with the extreme itch! Sometimes a warm wash cloth helps, but tonight I've been up a little over 30 minutes with the itch. I put a warm wash cloth on for about 10 minutes then put nursing ointment on, but it's like I'm having to wait the duration of an actual feeding. I can't pump or anything because of inducing labor. I can't induce because of prior complications.
