I'm 6w4d and I read an artical that woman who are sick during the first trimester genuinely have healthy pregnacy/babies. I haven't had ANY symptoms except tender breasts here and there and of course missing period with a BFP. Makes me wonder if I should call my dr and ask but I feel like it's such a silly question. Has anyone had a pretty easy pregnancy and had a very healthy baby?
