Missed/late period + bladder infection. Pregnant?

I recently was diagnosed with a bladder infection, I am done taking the antibiotic, now my period is late. My husband and I are ttc. I took a pregnancy test on Monday (3 days early) and it came back negative. Here I am with no period still but with sore breasts and had slight spotting last week. My periods are VERY regular, so this is bizarre to me. I'm wondering if my bladder infection / medicine could have made me miss my period or cause it to be late? Anyone else had this before or have some insight? I plan to take another pregnancy test next week. Thanks.
