Weird pain in lower abdomen

Since yesterday, I've been having a strange pain in my lower abdomen, I believe it's around my ovaries. Yesterday it was on my right side and it hurt a lot, I was also having slight cramps, but those went away. Today, I'm hurting even more on both left and right sides.

Anybody please help explain what it could be?
