Im going through a tough time right now??

I got some terrible news this morning a family member of mine has cancer. Im stressed. I was bullied last week. Im a college student. I just need some help. Please dont judge.

Those services are offered to students free of charge. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having a tough week. Do you have anyone that you can talk to? A friend? Family member? I think this weekend would be the perfect time for you to take some time for yourself, to do something that you enjoy (that also helps reduce stress). Bullying is totally unacceptable, but as unacceptable as it may be, it's something you'll be faced with throughout your life. You've got a few choices with how to deal: 1) Stand up for yourself, and deal with the bullying head on. 2) Ignore it, and let it roll right off your back. 3) Do nothing, and continue to allow it to bother you. I think you owe it to yourself to do what you can to take care of yourself.
