should I fight to see a perinatologist?

hi, here's a little back ground on my pregnancies. I started fertility treatments in December 2015 and have since been pregnant 4 times. the first was January 2016, then April 2016 and finally September 2016. all 3 ended in miscarriage. the first 2 were before 5 weeks and the 3rd was 9 weeks. then in December 2016 I found out I was pregnant with twins. I'm now 8w3d and worried I won't be sent to a perinatologist. the reason I'm concerned is because I am active duty military and they hate to send us off post. should I try to convince the military doctors that a perinatologist is in my best interest? any input would be helpful. thanks.
