What is the easiet way to get a breast pump though tricare?

I talked to my OB about how their office handles them, all I had to do was remind him to write the prescription for it after I gave birth. I received it at the hospital that day. They also had a nurse show me how to use it and a quick lesson on cleaning and proper storage.
