Disappearing symptoms?? 9w 4d

Question

I'm getting very worried as my symptoms have gone away. My boobs aren't sore or anything! Last time this happened it resulted in a MC around 6-7w mark.
We did hear this baby heartbeat strong at 6w 2d. 
Anyone have/had something similar?

Update: went to emergency and saw baby doing flips! Doctor couldn't give me heart rate or what baby is measuring at as he isn't trained to since it's only emergency..He seems to think it's on track for 9 weeks. but I saw It!!

I bought a sonoline b fetal dopplar to ease my mind a little. They aren't costly. Bought mine off ebay for 50$ free shipping. Found the heartbeat yesterday at 156!! It's awesome to have and to help ease any thoughts you may have.

I never had children yet but I heard its normal:) I doubt your symptoms disappearing is anything bad but you can always consult your doctor:) be happy they are going!!:)

It's so hard for me to remain positive.. I just think the worst.. I don't have another scan for 2 weeks and I just keep praying that this baby still has a heart beat!!

Don't worry!! Symptoms come and go all the time! I only had sore boobs for a week after my BFP. Nothing then till 9 weeks when the sickness came. I'm almost 34 weeks now. Relax :)
