High prolactin and High progesterone?

Iv just had my blood test results back after my 2nd cycle on clomid. My progesterone level is 119.2 nmol/l and prolactin level 1361 mIU/L. Both crazy high!! Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for both to be high on clomid? I'm not pregnant and iv read everything that high level of prolactin cause ovulation problems so low progestrone but can't find anything if their both high!! A ahhhhhhhh.....
